Terms & Conditions

GeneralBy signing the agreement you are entering into a contract with FoxRox Discos and are agreeing to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set out below.Fee and payment schedule are detailed in the booking form and are based on information provided at the time of booking. If this information is incorrect please let us know as soon as possible.Written confirmation is provided upon receipt of a signed booking form and non-refundable deposit. Deposits can be paid by BACS internet transfer or by cheque.We require between 1 - 1 1/2 hours to set up depending on access and approximately 45 minutes - 1 hour to pack away. The client should take this into consideration when making a booking.We require a safe electrical supply with at least two 13amp sockets close to our set up area.In the unlikely event that one of our DJ's can not attend due to unforeseen circumstances, such as an emergency or illness, using our extensive network of DJ's we will send another DJ with similar equipment at no extra cost.Our DJ's expect to work in a safe and trouble free environment. If a situation develops that threatens the safety of a DJ or the public, the DJ or the event/premises manager reserve the right to stop music and withdraw services.

PaymentsThe balance on the account is due 14 days before the date of the disco. As with the deposit, this can be paid by cheque or BACS internet transfer (our bank details are on the booking form).We do not accept cash on the night unless by prior arrangement with ourselves.

Cancellation
By clientAfter accepting a booking we will allocate a DJ to your event. Should you need to cancel, FoxRox Discos will charge a cancellation fee as follows:
 
 
 
 
 

 We encourage all our clients to consider purchasing an Event Insurance policy, which, for a small fee covers a wide range of services including event cancellation. For such policies we recommend using Hiscox Insurance www.hiscox.co.uk/eventsCancellations will only be accepted in writing, either by email or letter. Telephone or voicemail cancellations will not be accepted.
Due to extreme weatherIf the client cancels the event without re-booking then 70% of the total fee will be charged.If the client postpones the event and enters into a new contract for a different date, no extra charges will be levied against the client. If the DJ travels to a venue and subsequently the client cancels the event the total fee is payable.If, for reasons of safety or traffic congestion due to extreme weather a DJ can not physically get to a venue all monies paid, other than the non refundable deposit will be refunded.  

Up to 4 weeks prior to the event, any monies paid other than the non-refundable deposit shall be refunded.Within 4 weeks of the event 50% of the outstanding balance, in addition to the non-refundable deposit is charged.Within 1 week 100% of total fee is charged
